Due to Expansion tank failures and expensive engine repair if not discovered quickly, i decided to be the first to get a custom marine grade Ali tank made, i will be trying to get measurements made up so if you guys want one made up ,you can give it to a local fabrication shop or you may be able to order one as our Delicaclub OZ is looking at doing a bulk deal..
Here is the tank next to the new plastic one i was going to use but now don't need to..

Re: New Expansion Tank Mod
you can buy a new one for $65 that will last for another 10 years, why go through so much work? it looks nice though.

Is the cost going to be low enough to make this a fiscally reasonable substitute?mdrive wrote:you can buy a new one for $65 that will last for another 10 years, why go through so much work? it looks nice though.
