Electrical tutelage REQUIRED!

Hey fellow Towing Machines, I need some electrical help with a 7 pin trailer plug as well as electric trailer brakes assist. With the lack of time I have workin and all, is there any auto/RV/electric shops that know our L300's inside and out or am i forced to teach myself the mind numbing art of 12V spiderwebbing!!
In short I want to pay someone to show me how to hook these items up....and maybe we can figure out my super effed DRL/Fog lamp burn out fiasco that has always been a part of me and my Deli's love hate relationship!!
