Here we go again, this time with the bigger diesel, available starting in JDM models in June of 1994. (driveline and suspension parts *should* be all the same as the North American Montero's equipped with the 3.5 gas engine, and larger running gear). We'll concern ourselves with engine parts...
After all the organizing guidelines, rules and attendant hue and cry what happened to this otherwise promising thread ? Simply died ?
I am looking for a ladder (preferably a Terzo) for my L400 High roof. I've looked at most obvious places so far and no luck. I've seen one for sale on here but for a low roof and I was talking with mustang in armstrong and he was telling me it's not worth it to try to make it fit a high roof.
I have my A/T flashing on my dash. First time I'm seeing this. I also have a A/T mode thumb toggle.
Up click and it says "power" down click and it says "hold". The middle is active but no lights.
My question is what does it mean when it's flashing and what is the purpose of...
No but I just did.
I think we're on the right path
Finally found a TPS sensor in BC should be getting it in the next couple days.
I'll let know if all works out!
Can anyone shed some light on where the kick down adjustment is on the L300 Delica and what the specs might be for this? Apparently it's located on the injector pump which I had rebuilt a few years ago. I'm not sure if I'm having a problem with my van, but when I'm driving on...
Well this is perfect!!! Thanks takeuchi. This even looks like a job even a mechanically declined person such as myself can handle 8-)
So after much research, I have come to a conclusion that my issue has not been addressed!
Basically, I'm having issues with my 91 L300's electrical system. I find if I have too many things running at once, I lose all electrics inside and out (headlights, taillights, fogs, dash lights, clock,...
I would think that if *nothing* electrical works, it's either the positive battery terminal or the earth lead. It would be very unusual (and exciting!) for all the fusible links to fail at the same time.
Get the meter out. Start at the battery and work backwards.
We are having a real hard time finding coverage for a RHD.....

I noticed this while I was doing an oil change. I was told it is the a/c idle choke but I can't seem to find it in the service manual.
Would love to be pointed in the right direction! YXie1kb.jpg 4VrgVQT.jpg
I'd remove it. I'd then put it in a labelled ziplock bag and put it in my big box of random Delica parts, but I'm a bit mental like that.
I feel your pain, lol. I have a series of labelled, see-through plastic bins for everything from appliance parts to window parts. Time to start the Delica...
I am finishing up a Delica for a customer and I ran into a bit of a snag yesterday while finishing up the R134a conversion. After I charged the system, I started the truck only to find no compressor or condensor fans working. I checked all of the fuses behind the glove box and...
Wicked!!!!! I haven't had AC for more than a year, checked all the fuses and the thermo coupler a while ago when that didn't work half gave up. Read this in the am, checked and sure enough the clip that holds the link together by the battery broke and the cables came apart! Plugged it back in and...
