I'm looking for information regarding how much voltage the starter relay sends to the starter solenoid upon starting the engine. On mine, I get 10.78V across. I find that the fusable link (Black/Yellow) wire heats up to 48 degree cel as well if I don't start the engine right away....

This front left step is from my L300 Delica Exceed. It's white and in decent used condition. I have the right side one as well, but it has been damaged: bent and scraped. The plastic tread may be salvageable. I'll include it if you like.
