I removed this wind deflector because my front sunroof doesn't work and didn't need the extra height with my lifted L400. All the clips are there and is in good shape

Sounds like the one you drove needs all of the preventative maintence done. If I was to bet this van will leave you stranded somewhere. Likely needs a good $1500-$2000 worth of work. Not sure they are meant to come apart. I took apart one of the rear seat female clasps to make it work better for a car seat. My taking it apart ended up with me smashing it apart with a hammer, which did make sense for what I was looking to do. I did try to pry it apart first with no success. -Mark
