Are you guys breaking bolts because the old ones are seized on the van/hatch or new ones cranking them down on installation? Curious to know before I start wrenching.

Just ordered a full set of BFG A/T KO2s in 30x9.50R15. I'll have them I stalled on Wednesday and let you know what I think then. I've run this tire before on VWs and I really loved it.

Check the ground on your alternator. A bad or loose connection will result in the sort of intermittent behavior with occasional dead battery.

The first relay feeds the plugs >9V until they are hot. (You should hear it click on, and then off again after 6-9 seconds). Then when your cranking you should hear it clicking on and off until it fires (not sure which relay that is). Once it fires the lower voltage relay with the dropping resistor...

Got it in today and working for about five minutes. Apparently, there is a fault in the IGN circuit or ground which I've missed. Could be further up the harness from the stereo connection. Ugh!

Mine has a block heater, if you live somewhere cold I highly recommend it, saves the wear and tear of cold engine starts and reduces the amount of time sitting in your driveway idling. Also no white smoke! I have the same issue when I can't plug in, even with new ngk glow plugs, functioning relays,...
