Re: Brake line and sway bar problems
That does not look correct! Is it possible the nut has bottomed out...You might need a shorter bolt or a bolt with longer threads.
Actually come to think of it your lift Mod probably caused it... Can you shim out the upper attatch point to drop sway bar down a wee bit?

Re: EGR Removal Broken Bolts
Thanks all for your responses. You've given me lots to try. I suspect most of these methods (aside from the vice grips & heat) will involve removing the manifold? - Jason Actually there is quite a bit of room...with removing a few parts.. -First remove Seat -Remove air filter housing/Glow relay...

Re: EGR Removal Broken Bolts
Another option is to grind flush then center punch and drill a new hole, tap it and build your block off plate to suit. Good Idea... Sigurross if you are going to drill a new tapped hole and require an EGR blank blanking plate (No holes) I have quite a few slightly Mis-shapped ones I could send you...

Or I recomend soaking in aerokoil then use a center punch to mark center of hole use a angle drill with a 1/8 bit and drill a hole in center of stud then sma...
