best way to adjust those torsion bars is to lift the front tires to release the tension of the torsion bars and it will make wrenching or socketing way easier....don't forget to do alignment after.

Hi... trouble with the vac solenoid switch actuating the 4WD circuit. You may need to replace them to solve that issue.

It could mean an engine fault code is present too. Big possibility it's an emission related problem. You can bring it to a basic garage and have them hook up a basic fault code reader to check what code came on...
