Re: about roof racks........

Patty,

I took all the pans and vent louvers off and had them painted to add a little bling.

Re: Sony LCD NAV-TV

The centre arm console lid will now only go straight up and I don't remove the DVD unit, so you do lose the ability to flip the top right over and use the two built in cup holders. I've got to be honest though I never understood that arrangement as they were behind the driver and front passenger, so...

Re: Sony LCD NAV-TV

Patty,

The DVD player was $200.00 from the return bin in Future Shop and the mount was from the same place. If you think the carpet is clean you should see the rest of the vehicle, I'm kinda weird that way.

Hi Paradox, Delica's are the best vehicles to own but by God you've got to keep something that goes way faster than what the law allows!!!!!! 8-) :o 8-) :o Get a Deli, get a bike and Bob's your uncle (maybe a radar detector as well) :-D :-D http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii44/andrewgiblin/R1-Del...

Re: about roof racks........

I bought one of EnviroImports racks in the fall and had it sprayed with black poly paint at work. It's a great rack, really strong as well as great looking!! 8-) 8-) . I was really pleased with both the product and service from Sean. http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii44/andrewgiblin/Delishot1.jpg...

Re: Sony LCD NAV-TV

Jaggedfish, I'd installed a simple system behind the inter-seat console last summer for the kids to watch on road trips or to watch when we're camping. I just used a $30 flat screen TV mount from Future Shop mounted sideways and wired it in to charge while the vehicle is running, it also has a six h...

Re: Just for fun... how do YOU say...

I've always said del-ee-ca (rhymes with Celica), just as Laura describes fro the Aussie site. I only started to hear del-i-ca (rhymes with delicate) after we started talking to the Brits (remember Bruce???) and they try to pronounce everything as complicated as they possibly can (aluminum, tomato, e...

Re: Mounting a lcd flipdown to a crystallite roof?

I've installed a DVD player (with screen) on the plastic coming between the driver and front passenger seats and behind the flip up arm rest. I used flat screen mounting bracket I got from Future Shop and it looks fantastic.

I'll post some photos.

Re: Pictures of the interior - Sleeping set Up

I've always done as Green 1 states, lay the seats down and put a queen size air mattress over top. Takes about five minutes and is extremely comfortable for two people (did this all summer, well on the good three weekends anyway)!! Seems pretty self-explanatory. :o :o :o
