Yeah, when you shut the engine off, in a gas engine the spark plugs stop making sparks. But in a diesel, it cuts off the fuel, and that makes the engine suddenly stop running. So that fuel shutoff solenoid would be my first suspect.

Wait, wait...I've got clear lenses for my turn signals with yellow bulbs, and red lenses (faded) with clear bulbs for my stop/tail lights. These are aftermarket? Yes, it's got the tilt steering But I like it tilted down, so it feels more like I'm driving a car than a school bus. Where it feels right, the top of the wheel obscures the top of the speedometer. I just remember that when the needle's straight up, that's 80km/h.

So I got some pads for the Dodge Ram 50, which was a captive import built for Chrysler by Mitsubishi, and many of the chassis parts are the same as the Delica. And they fit! Yeah, torsion bars was the first job I did after I bought my Delica. The lean to the right? Well, it's sometimes got a passenger, but it's always got a driver, so the suspension on the steering wheel side wears out faster.

You really notice this driving behind a taxi -- they lean to the left. : )

Has anyone replaced their tail lights? I don't mean bulbs...I'm thinking of replacing the whole plastic part, with the red and white lenses, because my red lenses are significantly faded.
