I can't seem to find where to connect the 12V wire that should go to a/c compressor. Mine somehow came off - not connected any more, compressor won't engage.
Tested - the wire shows 12V when a/c switch is pressed.
Attached 2 pictures ... mine looks the same. Strange the wires attached to the...
I was repairing a broken vacuum relay for the idle bump when the A/C is on after I had some work done on my van over the winter. I found a wire in the same loom that looked like a ground wire so I tested it and now my A/C doesn't work properly. Does anyone no where this wire goes. It seems to be...
Hi guys, I read through the l300 ac wiring thread in the technical library, but am having a difficult time understanding and trouble shooting the system. I cannot find the ac compressor relay as pictured in the thread. Ive had my delica for almost 2 years now and finally just got the ac charged. I...
Hi, I need to change the bulb of the corner light on my 2002 Delica L400. It's kind of behind the fender wall on the engine bay so it's kind of hard to get to. There seems to be a spring loaded thing behind it, I tried releasing it and it didn't do anything, not sure if it's even attached to the...
I had my first camping trip of the 2018 season last week and really enjoyed myself. My van has the rear side windows that will open up, but they don't have bug screens on them. Does anyone know if this was an option for our vans? Or has anyone come up with a solution to applying...
^That's what I did too. My first attempt was to sew magnetic strip into the hem of the mesh, but magnetic strip wasn't strong enough. Version 2 had magnetic buttons in the hem, and worked just fine. (Only works with sliding side windows though, the leaf windows are a bit of a pain.)
Hi! Looking to buy a 2002 V6 Space Gear and the shop I took it to for an inspection found a small engine oil leak (not dripping on the ground). The leak can be seen when laying down behind the driver-side wheel.
Hoping someone can help me shed some light on where this leak could be coming from. I...

I'm looking to get my USDM van's engine (G64B) rebuilt and would like to keep it in the family first. I'd like any recommendations on NE area Delica/Mitsubishi mechanics, centered around the Boston area. I don't mind travelling for delivery and have a tow vehicle for it in case all hell breaks...
While looking up how/where to get new stickers for my ladder(probably going to go to a local place to try and get them matched) I came across a few ladders on the uk site that were terzo and had a mirror shine.
I have spent the better part of 2 hours and can find pictures of said...

hi guys, do you know why I my cold start are rough like that? A lot of white smoke with misfire. By cold start I mean cold engine, not freezing outside temp.
fuel pump was leaking, so a diesel fuel pump shop put a complete new seal kit.
the pump is not leaking anymore but I now have this problem....
yep, 1993 super exceed.
just put a photo of my van in my avatar.
im gonna try the glow plug test.
What would be the best product to remove the rust from the bottom panels? I know sandblasting would be the best but I don't think anyone in this region does it or have one.
So which products best to use and also, would you use rock guard or plain black paint? (Or even some funky colors)
Is it just me or is there anyone else that think the glow plugs should be all connected equally? Not with the little piece of metal?
If you look at the photo, this plug was the one connected to the power. Now every time, the one connected to the power, turns out to be busted....
Yes, I did changed all of the plugs and threw away the bad one and kept the old ones. Now I am just replacing the bad one with the ones I kept.
But again my main question remain. Is there anyone out there that connected all plugs equally with wires instead of bus bar.
I'm in the process of removing the rear AC; have all the controls and wiring out of the cabin. Next would be to remove the compressor, etc. from under the car. I've seen that there is a coolant line going into the AC and one coming out which is just looped back once the AC is removed. I've been...
Bringing this topic back.
Has there anyone that came up with a how to, with photos on removing the rear ventilation system? I would like to remove stuff that isin't working anymore. Even the a/c has not been working for years and have no need for it.
