I have a L300 diesel 94 starwagon...
For some reason the belts it calls for are tb 0091 and bal belt tb 0092...
However the tb92 is too big...
Hmmmm.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Rocky mtn is saying that year of delica uses 2 different belts than tb91 and tb92, so how is it possible my van has...

I finally got a little time to start on fixing my new Delica. I bought it with a bad transmission, it would only move in 4th gear, which made it a bit of a challenge driving it into the garage. I was pleased that the transmission came out fairly quickly and I only needed 12 and 14mm wrenches and...

That pressed-on bearing isn't supposed to be *that* pressed-on, the giant retaining nut at the end of 5th gear is supposed to hold the whole stack of sleeves etc tight, even the ones in front of that bearing. Very odd- or maybe just manufacturing tolerances.

I'm very, very tired of adjusting my alternator belts. I can go quite a while with them being nice and quiet, but I guarantee I'll have to tighten them at least once or twice a month. I'm running MD313660 belts.

There's something seriously wrong there. Both belts should wear at the same rate, and even a very old, worn out single belt shouldn't be worn down to that thin.

I saw different tolerances for isolators at Princess Auto and Canadian Tire... 80A, 90A, 120A...

I have no idea what's needed.

I plan on doing this mod at least on the passenger side.

Good read :

This setup will work very well with the low roof L400's with the swivel middle bench seat. A small table and you can fit four people in comfortably for a meal with the back of the van open for cargo or more people.

TL;DR: Rancho part number RS999188 adjustable shocks fit L300 front suspension, but require a touch of modification to do so safely. On their hardest setting they aren't as hard as I expected, but still show a clear improvement in handling on the road. Softest is like driving a bouncy castle and...

Just got it today.
1999 Delica L400 Chamonix
I'm in Richmond, BC.
Right now it's pretty much stock.
Looking to add a roof rack and basket, a ladder and an awning to the outside. Inside all it needs at the moment is a new radio as I need either Bluetooth or AUX in.

Pickupd the van today, went for a road trip to break it in. Went great aside from it not shutting down when we reached our destination. An hour of driving later, and one phone call, we learned that we need to have the headlights off to shut the van off. News to us!

I have had my L300 for 2.5 years. I have always had to wiggle the Combo switch to get my dash light to turn on. I am thinking that my Combo switch finally gave up? My wipers work. The horn, brake lights, and high beams work. The daytime running lights work. The rear lights and dash do not. I...

Dash, rear lights, and presumably front park lights? Check the fuses first.

If you have the spotlight switch on the dashboard, see if that turns on the rear and dashboard lights (it should). That'll let you know they still work, in which case it's almost certainly the combo switch.

As the title suggests, I need to flush my heater core. Can anyone tell me if I need to take the intercooler off to get a good look at the inlet and outlet hoses? I'm assuming that's where they are, I cant really see properly. My searches haven't bought up anything concrete on the actual location....
