Re: Puzzling Noise Back Driver's Side
I had a similar weird noise from the back end. turned out to be the mudflap. I backed into some hard snow and it bent the mudflap in towards the tire. when they rubbed it made a very sketchy sound.

Re: Power Assist Options?
wow, that sounds good. way better than the 26.5hp on the stock delicas!
you realty think that could be done for less than 3-4000$? seems everyone would be getting it done if that was the case. a bit more power and better fuel efficiency would make these awesome old vans so much better.

Both the engine and transmission are a lot taller - longer than the 4D56T/trans. With that said, an...

Power Assist Options?
I'd really like to know if anyone has figured a good way to help delicas climb hills. It's pretty much my only complaint with the vechicle... slowing to 50 or 60 on the steep inclines.. I've heard rumors of propane injection, whaddabout nitrous? majikal fuel additives?

Re: Mouse Invasion
my kids are forever turning on lights and leaving the doors ajar, so i've gotten into the habit of just pulling the fuse for all the interior lights whenever the van is going to be parked for an extended period. works well, except for having to reset the clock..

looks like my earlier email was lost in the shuffle, but no harm done. the folks at maxoverdrive were very generous in their response. i'd happily do business with them anytime.

Re: Out of Jay Leno's Garage.
that's amazing. would be especially so if it could print the objects in metal, ready to go. just dump your scrap metal in the top and out pops the new parts..
