And one more thing.. some said, that the original oil pan bolt is magnetic a bit, to catch the metal filings from the engine.

I think its practical and really useful.
Gone through few reports and they sad its safety in off road conditions as well.
(But when i remove the oil filter things doesn't stay so clean )

Just a little thing. I changed the clutch- and brake pedal pads. I found them on eBay. A standard L300 is better then a standard L400 in off-road, that's OK, but...
But this L300 on eBay is a joke, i think, it will roll over at the first major obstacle.
For a world trip i will choose the L400, looks way reliable with the necessary modifications.
