Ya, mine were intermittent, then they crapped out entirely, then about a week later they came on again and worked great for about a month, then REALLY dead. Stupid switch...

Fastest I've driven - 220kph as my BMW had the electronic limiter still engaged.
Fastest as a passenger - 270'ish in a highly modified FD RX7.

Mine did that and it was the infamous triple switch (turn signal, headlight, highbeam lever) to blame.
