Source for an L300 heater core

Thanks. Take the box apart? My understanding is that the dash has to be removed. I'm in Canada.

Canter?

Has anyone had experience with the Mitsubishi Canter? I imagine it is a good vehicle.

Source for an L300 heater core

Looks like my heater core is toast. Coolant leaking all over the front floor mats. I have a good local shop to do this labor intensive job...Just was wondering if it might help if I sourced one out. Any suggestions?

Thanks. BR

Headlight issue?

I just replaced the low beam bulb on the L300 and I still have no working light. I know it cannot be the fuse as that would effect both lights. So whats going on? Hope this is a simple one!

Re: Importing an L400

It wasn't so much the stereo as the MMCS (Touch screen HVAC/Navi business). Eats up a lot of dash real estate, and is a PITA to change out (do-able though). Thankfully my radio had been changed in Japan, so I already had an ISO harness installed. I say thankfully because on the MMCS cars the radio ...

Re: Importing an L400

I would avoid the Royal Exceed. Since you have to upgrade the radio anyway, you're better off to start with one that has the double din space. To do my royal was a lot of wiring and brackets, and a new centre console trim. Added expense for no reason. Admittedly, the ECS is nice (Electric shocks), ...

Re: Importing an L400

Most of the recent issues were related to burned out wires, damaged connectors, relay failures, fried blower motor resistor pack, fuses, blower motor failure and heater core leaks. I can only recall one failed dash controller that was in a full load L400. For the guys that thought their controllers...

Importing an L400

Hi. I am fairly new to the forum. I have owned a L300 for some time and am considering importing a L400. I would like to know if anyone has an opinion on the electronic climate control. I was told by a local mechanic that they are prone to failure. After searching the technical forum I can find only...

Ok thanks. So do I plug both hoses? And what is an EGT probe?

Thanks, BushRatt.

Re: Installed EGR Blanking Plate - Sputtering - UPDATE - FIX

Ok...so I have a question...I was told that you can just cut the hose on the EGR valve and plug it. Is this correct? If so why install the blanking plates?

Thanks, BushRatt.
