How about no.

It's a submissive act. Dominant cats in the wild don't bury their shit.

Re: New member in Hinton Alberta

I'll second the motion for Len at Automotion. Had all my drivetrain work done there for 4 yrs that I owned mine. You'll pay a premium but you'll also sleep at night knowing it will start the next day. Front end and suspension stuff I used Kal Tire. You'll need alignment specs for any shop on that st...

^that^
White smoke means unburnt fuel from not enough heat. So make sure those plugs are working. Next would be a compression test then look at the timing. IMO.

Re: Driving across Canada with my (wife says our) L300

All sounds normal. Yea top up the rad and shift down up the hills; higher RPM's also means more fuel cooling the valves/pistons as well as coolant pumping through the block. The AC in these things is not great; you'll have to deal with it. Your mileage isn't bad and it depends on how much weight you...

Re: Found one!

Saw it up close the other day; really nice. I drove another 97 and I can say that they are apples and oranges to the L300's. Tons of power, great handling and definitely modern tech.

Congrats!

Re: Bumped into thedjjack at Little Huson Caves

We had a great week staying at Telegraph Cove. The day at the caves was the warmest and driest. North Island is my favourite place on earth.

Re: L300 front carpet

Interesting; so many people talk about leaks and pulpy carpets. Oh well, if not I might reinstall it if and when I sell the van. True, and one of the ways to keep them dry is to install rubber flooring. I did this because, despite all my repair attempts, I still have some leakage. Also, I took my c...

Re: U-joint part #'s??????????

I think those P/Ns are actually in the delica wiki as well. I totally forgot about that till now, I always forget about the wiki too. Not to mention the Delica FAQ Section . Falco. I have that page bookmarked on my iPhone! Plus I have a list I've compiled in my iPhone notes: DELICA Unconfirmed rad ...

Re: What Brand Of Air Filter Element?

Independent test:

I'll stick with a decent paper element. I don't have 200 extra Hp of mods on my 85Hp engine so can't see any need for extra airflow, and not fond of extra dirt getting into my engine.

Re: Turbo timer sound disabling

Here's how I fixed it: 1: track all wires from the turbo timer to the opposite connection. 2: unplug and disconnect all wires. 3: remove turbo timer along with all wiring. 4: deposit entire assembly in garbage. 5: let vehicle idle for a minute before shutting off IF immediately after heated driving ...

Threadjack part deux! Yeah it's not the best helmet I ever owned but definitely the best-looking helmet I ever owned! 6 years I've worn it and while fairly noisy, it's got lots of cool factor. :-D *warning threadjack in progress* SPEARO, love the Boxer helmet in your avatar, I've got one mys...
