I had a similar issue with a parasitic drain. Turned out to be the diode of my alternator. I found it by putting my battery on a trickle charger and let the car sit overnight and cool. Used a FLIR thermal camera to "look" for heat and the ONLY thing that was above 65-70F was the alternator at 105-11...

I just installed a double DIN Boss Audio PVCP9675A head unit which supports a back up camera, Apple CarPlay, and was only $220 USD on Amazon when I purchased it. Was a simple install to do, apart from running the video cable for the camera.
