I'd say it depends on how much you paid for it - would be an expensive shuttle rig if you can't make it road legal. You could easily get a few grand parting it out, especially if you can wait to sell some of the big items.

You may already be in the know, but a word of warning - the L400 speakers have weird wiring. The dash speakers are 12 ohm, and the door speakers are 6 ohm. Wired in parallel to create a 4 ohm setup. I have the same noise. I think it has to do with the glow plug circuit - I wired a light and switch to mine so I can see and control when it is on. The buzzing is only when the glow plugs run in my car. If you put a multimeter to the glow plug contactor bar or relay you should be able to verify this.

I've got a S2 and I've been doing a little research on it. From what I see, injection pump rebuilds are more difficult and expensive on the S2. So far I haven't had any luck reading CEL/DTC data. I've tried a few expensive scan tools (snapon, etc). Apparently the "Evoscan" cable may work, ...

No luck so far. Had a shop try with a couple different tools and techniques.

I'm going to buy an Evoscan cable and see what I can find - it's not explicitly designed for Delicas but some people apparently make it work. I'll shoot you a PM once I get it, you can try it out if you'd like.
