you should be ok with dot headlight beam.
because those led should be bright so putting more light to the incoming traffic could be a problem.

I am not gonna offroad the van. It will never see snow because in quebec, snow means salt. The only appealing thing from the bigger tire are the look.
I would like a good compromise of look, driving and comfort(sound).
