Unhealthy rattling coming from motor

Hey guys, Ive had a happy healthy delica until my last trip wheeling. Got stuck in an epic mud puddle that i managed to barely sneak out of after ramming back and forth for about 20 minutes :? :? :? Since then ive had a pretty serious oil leak coming from the rear main seal. Delica is leaving its ma...

Rear AC (blower) working intermittently

My rear AC blower has worked inconsistently since I bought the van two years ago. Sometimes itll work for a long time, then cut out for awhile, and lately it hasn't been working much at all but will occasionally randomly turn on. Where would one begin in diagnosing this? Ive read that there is s rel...

AC Relay and Compressor troubleshooting

You know its strange when I left he said no leaks, but it obviously was leaking somewhere. I had it refilled and he still said it didn't look to be leaking. Could it be a product of heat expansion or something while im on the road but not at stand still? Is there more pressure on the system when in ...

AC Relay and Compressor troubleshooting

Just left the shop, my pressure had dropped significantly. Does the dual pressure switch keep the compressor from engaging if the refrigerant pressure is low? I’m an idiot for installing a used compressor, Butch had one lying around at CVI that he gave me, I should have sent it in as a core for a re...

Again apologies for my incompetence but where is the fusible link in this? Not working with much room here with my dual batteries!

L300 a/c - compressor wires

I was repairing a broken vacuum relay for the idle bump when the A/C is on after I had some work done on my van over the winter. I found a wire in the same loom that looked like a ground wire so I tested it and now my A/C doesn't work properly. Does anyone no where this wire goes. It seems to be so...

AC Relay and Compressor troubleshooting

Hi guys, I read through the l300 ac wiring thread in the technical library, but am having a difficult time understanding and trouble shooting the system. I cannot find the ac compressor relay as pictured in the thread. Ive had my delica for almost 2 years now and finally just got the ac charged. I t...

L300 custom jump seats for hauling dirt bike

Thought i would post some pictures for fun of my L400 rear jump seat conversion being put to good use when hauling my dirt bike. I was lucky enough to be able to snag the chamonix psychedellic carpet and custom fabbed L400 chamonix jump seats from dr_airtime. The seats really change everything in re...

Tailgate delica lamp?

That piece your talking about is made of plastic so be careful not to break it but it should just slide out. Maybe spray some silicon or wd40 on it. mine was also terribly corroded and I had to drill out the screws. Before I got to finish that project I actually was able to swap tail gates with a fr...
