Where to get bushings? L300

Sure look similar, but that doesn't mean much... At $17 for the moog part it's certainly worth a shot. And if they fit, then the Prothane bushings would too.
I can't imagine there were that many options/makers for OEM leafs with oval eyes...

Is that a problem?

And when I bought the car the precedent owner said he put a "spring" temperature sender. I think that the target of this sender is to avoid overwarming. That makes no sense to me; the temp sensor's resistance changes based upon it's temperature... that's how they work. It's already adjusted for the...

Oil Around the Engine

Get the aluminum half moon, pt# MD372348. I would just use gasket sealant on the original rubber gasket... I had to do that to the new one anyway w/in a year of replacing it.

I see you solved this issue by replacing the sender with new ones, can you please share the part number/s you ordered?

Oil Around the Engine

Oil coming from multiple places unknown tends to be the valve cover IME. Mine was leaking along the manifold side and I couldn't see it even with an inspection mirror.

Air adjustable shock absorbers

Man those pins are a pain to get out! I ended up hack sawing off both ends then using sockets to be able to push the remaining metal out for anyone looking for a different way/ only has access to a C clamp.. When I did the replacement shock I just cut off one side of the pin and used a gear puller ...

Submerged engine in river crossing. Idle is now jittery.

I can only come up with two things based on the symptoms... One would be some kind of sensor/adjustment that is supposed to change the air/fuel ratio as the engine warms up... maybe an automatic choke that's not working (opening)? The other would be water in the fuel/filter... like it separates/drai...

Seized AC Compressor

Belt Napa 25-9365 or any that cross references. Cutting the belt should be no issue. But I'm thinking the problem was more likely that the belt tension was too loose. If not, and the AC wasn't on then it's most likely the clutch, which you can probably have replaced... but IDK, might cost as much as...

Glow plugs won’t click off and won’t crank.

Is there anything else coincidental, like a longer time since last started? AFAIK there is nothing in common between the systems other than battery, so I would start with main battery connections/fusible link, especially since messing with the "wire mess" seems to fix it sometimes... but I would exp...
