I absolutely love the rims! :M Thanks! :-D up toggle switch like this on the dash.P1020634.JPG I should have known, lol, exactly what it looks like it should be... thanks! *EDIT I should add, that toggle utilizes a relay that I hear clicking somewhere under the dash, but nothing happens to that ant...

Hi Gandalf If the antenna on the passenger side is the one you refer to, that is a curb finder designed to avoid leaving your sidewalls behind. You're right, it's best left retracted, like sleeping dogs... You should have a manual antenna on the drivers side. Looks like a fun project MD :-D Hiya! T...

Thanks Falco, Merry Christmas to you and all! Installing a double-din touchscreen stereo deck (DVD/all-discs, USB, SD slot, hands-free phone-bluetooth, backup cam) tomorrow. Already installed an 8" sub in the hatch door (along with a backup camera), powered by a bridged Alpine amp. Replaced the oem ...

OK, some pics of the modified OEM panhard bar... made adjustable. Also note the extension welded into the brake hardline brace, just to the left of the diff in the first pic, and another brake hardline brace extension near the top of the wheel in pic #2: http://www.mk15.ca/MJK_iPage_Website/Delica/S...

Lol!
I just felt so sorry for it sitting there... it was the first minute I saw it in that pic... like a puppy, I had to bring it home.

L400 2" Lift Kit - $350 (PRICE DROP)

Hey there.
Just thought I'd say thanks Stefan for the good product and chat, got it installed, and in combination with CCA HD rear springs it was a substantial lift. Love it.

Got the coolant overflow done, all-aluminum, I threw baffles in there before I thought too much about it, lol, I had perforated aluminum kicking around... but really, it's likely just a plastic strengthening ploy and unnecessary with aluminum. Total volume is increased over stock, it extends a bit l...

The Civic mufflers are from a wrecker   8-) Its a trick of mine, used a couple of them on my previous van (Toyota Townace) and they lasted well. Compact, come with decent heatshields, cheap, seem to resist rust decently, and plenty of them. Is it possible to get better flow using straig...

Gotta love the side collars on the torsion bar saddles. They're usually only needed on crazy 4x4 delis but can be helpful if you hit a nasty speed bump too. I bought mine out of Aus. They're made in japan. MD I likely won't be pushing them to their limits, but since I was in there already, it was a...

2. Rear brake proportioning valve What it is/purpose : The rear brake proportioning valve assists in braking with varying weight loads in a vehicle. For those who may not know , the rear axle on the L400's has a Brake Proportioning Valve fitted to it . The valve itself is rigidly mounted to the cha...

What relay is this?

I'll answer my own question,
It seems to be the relay for foglights, which, as in my model, aren't optionally installed, so I couldn't have guessed a better relay to tap for extra LED DRL's, lol It seems unused otherwise in my van.

Got the new CCA heavy duty springs and the Wolfram 2" rear lift in. Woah, that combo gives me close to four inches! Then tackled the front. Welded some plate onto the torsion bar saddles to help guard against the forks spreading: http://www.mk15.ca/MJK_iPage_Website/Delica/Suspension/torsion_bar_mod...

Hello everyone, I've scoured the plethora of manuals that I have purchased or downloaded, but I cannot find the outline of the engine bay electrical layout/diagrams that pertain to the 1998 6G72 V6 engine... everything references 4--- series engines and engine bays. In particular, I'm looking for a ...

Nothing too glamorous, but rescued the oem wheel-well liners/flaps, they were ripping and had been crudely repaired at some point with zip-ties (not that I have anything against the humble zip-tie :-D they have many uses). Some 1/16th" abs sheet cut to fit, then folded, then I used marine goop to gl...
