There is a stop welded to the seat frame that limits the movement that has to be removed. It's there so the person sitting in the middle row is not too close to the front seat in the case of a collision.

Re: Transmission Issue at 50khm to 80kmh
Have a look at the throttle cable to the gearbox as well (known as the kickdown cable, though it isn't actually a kickdown function), if it is adjusted incorrectly that can cause wierd gear changes.

Re: Brake Bleeding Frustrations
Thanks but I have done all that, with my son pumping the pedal and me underneath and also using compressed air to push the fluid through, both making little difference. Everything seems to be pointing to the master cylinder seals even though the master cylinder and reservoir both look very new. Gues...

Brake Bleeding Frustrations
Hi, I have fitted new seals etc. to all four calipers, fitted a new proportioning valve, painted them and got them all pretty and then spent two hours and 2 1/2 litres of brake fluid bleeding the system and failed! - the pedal goes slowly to the floor. Thanks, thats a really interesting thread to follow, answering lots of questions I had and also ones that I didn't know I had!
So it sounds like mounting underneath is the way to go; has anyone done this or got info on how and where they mounted it?
Cheers, Andy

Webasto Heater - Where To Mount It
Hi, I need to mount a Webasto water heater in my LWB L400 and am thinking that it would be best under the bonnet between the air filter and the servo; the recommendations from the UK site are to mount it underneath the body which doesn't seem to be a good solution to me. If I mount it underneath, th...
