Hey John, That looks spot on. I think I'll be taking your approach and drilling and taping the piece. Do you remember what product you got from can tire to pour with? I took the motor out today to investigate and as soon as any torque is required it just slips. Thinking this might be a Saturday kind...

Have you tested with a multi meter? My has started reading low, and I have gotten around to replacing it. Overcharging can kill your battery. Most auto parts store will test it for free if you bring it in. Some are able to test in vehicle. I would rule that out first before a a new alternator. Kurtis

Might also be worth taking a look for a stuck brake caliper. That'll drastically cur your fuel.

Every have any luck with this?

I have an srs and park brake light on super faint.

although im pretty sure mines to do with turning it on without a sensor plugged in to turn the wheel well replacing a cv boot.....

I've just lived with it for the past while cant seem to find a fault anywhere
