Re: New Member - Hopefully Delica Owner Soon
Check out the L400 long wheel base too...bit more of an over hang than the standard but tons of room. Not really a big deal in the bush unless you are going throug some serious (4'+) cross ditches. More stable on the highway with the longer wheelbase too, and it looks so beastly!

Re: Delica snorkel group buy?
That looks like a good deal, have you noticed a difference in performance with it Fibble? Curious about the ram air effect. And keeping some of the dust out of my air filter. No intentions of submerging my baby!

Re: Delica snorkel group buy?
I would love to add a snorkel to my L400 series 1 Delica...very interested in this. Want it to lookk good though, the bit about having to modify to make it fit the series 1 worries me.

Re: Webasto Heater - Where To Mount It
So jealous, I want one so bad. Always thought combining it with the rear heater would be ideal. Nice hot air coming down from the roof all night. Always wondered if you could add a direct switch to the rear heater so you didn't need the vehicle to be on. Way out of my budget now unfortunately.

Re: Need a pic of L400 spring spacers!
My L400 also has the CCauto coils, they installed them and did not instal sway bar spaces or a spacer on load proportioning valve. So going off that it doesnt seem to be neccesary. Hey thanks for the reply, so not to be to detail oriented, but when you say 'they' installed them you mean CCA? just w...

Im in, any of you guys like to ski/board? Mt. Cain would be a nice spot for a meet. The road up is gravel and not really plowed, fun for 4WD. Lots of nice lakes nearby. It is north of Campbell River, has really good powder.

Headlight Issues
I just recently noticed that one of my headlights is out. When I have my lights set to low beams one of the headlights is out, but if I set them to hi beams both lights are on. I also noticed the both of the inner bulbs in the smaller reflector are out. When are these supposed to be one? Hi/Lo beams...

Re: I need some ideas for the bed
I have a "drawer" on mine that slides out with a folding piece that comes over top. Its a pain in the ass, I would orefer a setup like yours, unfolding the center piece with the mattress on is annoying. Did you keep your middle seats? My platform rests on the middle seats turned backwards.

Re: Is this possible? LWB Delica question
It is two folding pieces, ill grab some measurements tommorow. Sometimes I wish my platform was lower so I had more head room...but then i'd have less storage. I would give it plenty of thought before you decide on a route.

Re: L400 Skid Plate Mounted
I cant seem to get a picture that shows the exhaust or skid plate any better. I needed a new exhaust, for the same price as getting a stock muffler I was able to go with a custom 2.5" side exit exhaust. Happy with it, wish the shop had have replace the exhaust up to the turbo but what can you do.
