Leaky Sunroof Seam
So I found the source of my wet carpets even after sealing behind the front corners and roof gutters. There is water leaking through the sunroof seam sort of near the front hinges. Doesn't look bad, but has anyone else had this problem or fixed this? Do I just try to remove the sealer, clean it out ...

Oil Pan/Sump Removal
Mechanic did it prior, so I'm not sure. It looks like the metal seal they gave back to me has black goop on it.

Radio Antenna
In the process of getting rid of electrical gremlins when the dash was out, I removed an aftermarket antenna (for an aftermarket radio) and now have poor radio reception. Does the stock antenna have a wire running somewhere so I can use that one?

Oil Pan/Sump Removal
Main leak was from the rocker cover (surprisingly since I had the metal half moon seal). They said also possible leaks from oil pan and the side oil pan near the injection pump. I think I'll try to clean it up to find the true source. Thanks Growler.

Oil Pan/Sump Removal
How hard is it to remove? I might have an oil leak there and mechanic said I would need a vehicle hoist to get some parts down.

Intercooler, because why not.
The thread referenced in that video shows doesn't have a chart for 1.5" pipe. The cross sectional area of a 1.5" pipe is 1.77 square inches, which at 300cfm (our engine's peak flow rate) is Mach 0.37- over the mach .35 recommended limit. I would stick to 2" as much as possible, with ...

I suppose the 1.5" piping will be fine after watching this:

Hmm, the smallest a2w intercooler I can find with the ports on the same size is 2.5".
Would it be better to have 2.5" piping reduced at the turbo and at the inlet OR have 1.5" piping and expand and reduce right at the intercooler?

Excellent, that helps! The turbo outlet/manifold inlet are 2inch? Time to order up the supplies!

Growler, If you were to install an a2w intercooler, where would you put one? Like this one: http://www.frozenboost.com/liquid-air-intercooler/water-to-air-intercooler-p-1034.html Would there be room right near the engine to spin the turbo a bit and have a short pipe to the intercooler and then anoth...

Spare Tire Lowering Bolt
I bought the hook but forgot to buy the bolt. Thought it would just be cheaper to pick one up at hardware store if someone knows the bolt size and thread pitch.204explorer wrote:CCA has them for sale. Thought i let you know.
