Re: Question for Vancouver peeps
Gas vs diesel is personal choice, you won't really go wrong with either. If you don't really have access to diesel that kind of makes the choice for you. The other nice thing about the V6 is it is one of mitsu "globa lengines and was available in north America. that means many parts can simply...

15x8J ET-8 rims on L300?
I am running 15x8 et 0 and the wheel sits flush to my flared fenders. You may have a bit of poke on a stocker.

TieMyShoe's Grinded Cam
afraid the 4g64 and myself have a rocky history and we are currently not on speaking terms. Being that the 4g is used in everything under the sun i would think somebody must already make a cam for it no?

Bad Engine
I Feel your pain.. my L300 did that not long after I bought it. I ended up tearing the engine down to bare block and fully rebuilding it with new pistons and rings. Its not cheap even if you do all the work yourself.... but at least I know its good. Low KM doesn't really mean anything on a JDM vehi...

Trailer wiring?
There are both powered and non powered trailer lamp controllers, the problem with a non powered unit is that it adds additional load to your vans lighting circuit. These Vans are getting on in age, be nice and get the powered unit. The reason you should get a controller is that most Japanese and Eu...

Intercooler, because why not.
I keep wanting to intercool my van but finding a small Diesel IC in North America is a pain! Everything here is for 5.7litres and such... they are massive! I'm pushing 18PSI on a TD04-12T right now non IC which I don't find ideal, however it does keep the egts way down and that was the main goal......

TieMyShoe's Grinded Cam
Glad your happy with the new cam. The grind is designed to move the powerband of the 4D56 a moee usable RPM range. The stock cam has a bunch of grunt out of the hole but rapidly drops off. The new grind keeps you in the power band while criusing or under general acceleration. I will be doing a seco...

I have no signal on the passenger side or slide when going to the unlock possition so i know its electrical. The drivers side lock has a 1 pole ...
