Air adjustable shock absorbers
Hey There,
I'm kind of running into the same issue. I was gonna add another leaf or get new leaf springs built.. but I was wondering if there was an airbag or air shock option. What do you use to pump it up? just a air hose or do you have a compressor on the vehicle?
How's it working still?

Installed the receiver/hitch today!
It is a Very good quality part, easy to install. The only drawback is that any oversized tire, even with the stock rim/wheel, will make the spare tire holder not to fits perfectly into its original position. Lapprentis :M I believe I ran into the same issue. I just had to drill a hole a bit lower f...

Cheaper fridge alternatives
Anyone have any experience with this one? It's from Costco...The price seems a little better than some other fridge/freezer combos... Plus costco has a great return policy for if there's something I don't like.. https://www.costco.ca/Unique-2.8-cu.ft--ACDC-Portable-RefrigeratorFreezer.product.100170...

Front Heater motor replacement
So my front heater motor started acting up a last year... I did the kick test to get it going.. worked for a bit, but in the long run I had to replace it. Was able to get a replacement motor, just had to swap out the plastic blade piece that fits on the motor. Hardest part is getting it out, not too...

1992 L300 Rear bumper (Recently Powder coated)
Just installed a new receiver on my 1992 L300. So I'm looking to sell my old bumper. It was powder coated I believe last spring. There's a couple scratches on it, but still in really good shape. If you're interested, just let me know.

Installed the receiver/hitch today!
I've wanted to put a receiver on my delica for a while. For towing a trailer or bike racks etc.. Finally got around to ordering a kit from Steven @ Rising Sun Imports, and to be honest, it was one of the easiest installs I've done. I spent hours on the phone here in Edmonton trying to get a shop to ...

Should I chuck the Cool Box...
I've thought about it as well. The thing that bugs me is I believe you have to have the AC on to have it in the cool mode to keep drinks cold, etc. It would be great if it could be just sent to keep drinks cold without the AC on. Right now I seem to just use it to store junk/manuals/sunglasses etc.

Parking Brake Warning Light - always lit
Just ran into the same issue. My Parking brake came on a while back, I thought it might be a short or something. Just found this post today, topped up the brake fluid and light went out. =)

Re: Oil Leak in the Kootenays
I also was dealing with a pretty bad oil leak in the recent past. Oil all over tranny, pass side of motor etc.. After doing some digging around we found that it was due to a broken seal on a little cover plate on the pass side of the motor, I don't really know what it's officially called, but it's a...
