If you look down in the hole where the intake hose is it is the plate to the right. I would also check the fuel filter (like above post suggested),wastegate opperation, and double check the vaccum line

I second the above post also check and clean your grounds. A crappy ground and electricity starts to search for grounds through other systems

The diff fluid is fine for none LSD but you should pick up some friction modifier for LSD diffs I believe you need to use GL4 for the transfer case because it uses a bronze syncronizer go to lordco and get the redline manual trans oil it is a 75w 80 GL4. I bought 2 sets of ti coat drill bits from costco they were cheap and drill pretty good I also have no prob cutting one down with a angle grinder just remember to cool it lots when you cut them When I did my alternator I did it from under the engine and it was not to bad about 30 min out and in. I would think using high quality 2-stroke oil would be an idea. Don't just drill the size you require move up in small drill incruments. The fact you are drilling a hole larger and not starting a hole this will guide you as long as you do force the drill sideways it will drill straight.
